Instructions for authors:
A. All submissions will take place via the Ex Ordo submission system. No submissions will be accepted by email or other means.
B. Read and understand the copyright statement, and click the “Submit Now” button to start the submission process.
C. You will first have to make an author account in Ex Ordo. When entering your name and e-mail address you will receive an e-mail with your author account.

D. Accept the ExOrdo Terms and conditions, and continue until you see the screen below.

- You will be asked to select a topic and a sub-topic in which your contribution fits best. You are only allowed one choice. The topics and subtopics, and keywords indicating typical (but not exhaustive) details to help you make the right choice, can be found on our ‘Scientific Tracks’ page.
- Indicate your preferred contribution type (oral, poster, either).
- Enter the title of your contribution and the names and e-mail addresses of all authors.
- Your abstract submission consists of two parts
- A short Summary (200 words maximum), which you will have to type in the submission portal
- A full abstract (2 page pdf to upload in the submission portal).
- Upload your abstract as a PDF only. For instructions on how to prepare the abstract, see below.
- Click ‘Done – save submission’, and you will receive a notification by e-mail.
- The abstract can be modified or deleted until abstract submission deadline, and will then be reviewed by the International Program Committee.
Important Note for Authors
- One registered author may present a maximum of 2 (two) abstracts.
- Oral and poster presentations are of equal scientific significance. Reviewers will choose one or the other mode of presentation considering the best way to disseminate the abstract information, as well as the preference of the author.
- Each accepted abstract must be presented by at least one registered and paid author.
- Accepted abstracts will be removed from the program if no presenting author has completed the registration process by one month before the conference, i.e. by August 21, 2026.
Abstract preparation
- Αbstracts must be written in English and contain:
- Title of the paper
- Family and first names, postal and affiliation addresses of the authors
- Email (email of the corresponding author; not necessarily the first author or the presenting author)
- A two-page abstract (A4), first page containing text only, while the second one should contain references, tables, formulas, graphs or photographs.
- PDF format maximum size 5 Mb – Scanned PDF-files are not allowed. Files must be created using a PDF-distiller, all fonts must be embedded. The file may NEITHER contain any form of security, NOR bookmarks, links or multiple files in a single PDF file.
- Font: Times New Roman– Size: 14 (Title), 11 (Body) – Line spacing: single – Word Software
