Email response during the summer period

During parts of July, the MNE 2026 Conference Office will be operating with reduced staffing due to summer holidays.

As a result, responses to email enquiries may take longer than usual. This includes general conference enquiries, registration support, visa invitation letter requests, and other administrative matters. We are monitoring all incoming messages and will respond as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you avoid sending duplicate enquiries, as this may further delay response times.

Questions directly related to the scientific program (abstracts, corrections, withdrawals, schedule placement, etc.) should be addressed directly to the program Co-chair : Helmut Schift 📧  helmut.schift@psi.ch.
