We have been informed that some MNE 2026 speakers and delegates have received unsolicited e-mails from Global Travel Team / GTravelHost offering assistance with hotel reservations in Interlaken.
These e-mails are not associated with MNE 2026, the conference organisers, or the Kursaal Congress Centre Interlaken. The MNE 2026 Conference Office has not authorised any third party to contact participants regarding accommodation.
If you receive such a message, we recommend that you do not reply, do not click on any links, and do not provide any personal or payment information.
Accommodation information is available only through the official MNE 2026 website (this page) and communications from the MNE 2026 Conference Office.
If you are ever unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact the Conference Office before taking any action.
We have reserved a large number of hotel rooms with a congress rate through our partner Congress Kursaal Interlaken. There are options for hotels that will meet the needs of any budget.
How to book?
Use the link below to access the room reservation system for MNE 2026. There are options to filter by date, by the number of persons/rooms and the hotel rating (stars).
Companies can also reserve contingents of up to 9 rooms via this system.
For 10 rooms or more one can contact Congress Kursaal Interlaken directly (different cancellation policy will apply).
Please note:
- The MNE 2026 congress office does not directly manage hotel bookings.
- Please read the cancellation policy and booking conditions on the next page.
- Interlaken is a very popular tourist destination – participants are highly encouraged to reserve early. Once the MNE 2026 room allotments have been reserved, it will become quite difficult to find accommodation near Interlaken during this period.
Other Booking Options
As MNE 2026 approaches, accommodation availability in Interlaken and the surrounding region will become increasingly limited. We strongly encourage all participants to secure their lodging as early as possible.
If the hotel booking tool does not display suitable options in Interlaken, we recommend using Booking.com or other online accommodation platforms. Note that the preceding link shows options for the entire week. Please verify your travel dates and update the search criteria for your own needs.
If accommodation is unavailable in Interlaken, we suggest considering nearby locations with excellent public transport connections:
- Wilderswil – 5 minutes by train to Interlaken
- Spiez – 20 minutes by direct train to Interlaken
- Brienz – 20 minutes by direct train to Interlaken
- Thun – 30 minutes by direct train to Interlaken
- Bern – approximately 50 minutes by direct train to Interlaken
Switzerland’s rail network provides frequent and reliable connections, making it easy to stay in neighbouring towns while attending the conference.
Alternatively, a wide range of apartments and private accommodations can be found through platforms such as Airbnb.
