Invitation Letter for Visa Purposes
Delegates and authors who require an invitation letter for visa purposes should contact the MNE 2026 Conference Office to receive a link to a dedicated web tool.
You may apply for an invitation letter if you meet one of the following conditions:
- you are an accepted author and will present a poster or give an oral talk at MNE 2026, or
- you would like to participate as a non-author, but you have already registered and paid the registration fee.
The waiting period to receive your letter by email is typically 1–3 working days. However, during periods of high demand, we may need a few more days to process your request. Requests are processed in the order they are received.
If approved, the letter will be emailed to you in PDF format. Other file formats are not possible.
Please note that we do not send letters by FedEx, DHL or similar courier companies.
