Presentation Guidelines

Oral presenters should go to the Preview Room (venue to be announced) to test and upload their presentations before their talk.

Delegates giving a presentation in the morning must have uploaded their file in the Preview Room by 17:00 the previous day.
Delegates giving a presentation in the afternoon must have uploaded their file in the Preview Room by 10:00 the same day.
You must arrive 30 minutes before your session to check in with the technical staff and introduce yourself to the chairpersons of the session.

Oral Presentations

Keynote Speaker: 45 minutes, including 5 minutes Q&A (if not otherwise stated)
Invited Speaker: 30 minutes, including 5 minutes Q&A (if not otherwise stated)
Oral presentation of a submitted abstract: 15 minutes, including 3 minutes Q&A

A Preview Room will be set up at the conference for uploading and testing your final presentation.

Please remember to upload your presentation slides on Ex Ordo before the conference. This will be used as a backup.

Poster Presentations

Poster format is A0 portrait — 841 mm (width) × 1189 mm (height) or 33.1 × 46.8 inches.
Please conform to this format and be present in front of your poster during the poster session, as scheduled in the program. Each poster board will be identified by the ID number of your submitted abstract.
Fixing devices will be provided at the conference. Please bring your poster printed out. There will be no possibility for printing on site.
Please remember to upload your poster as a PDF on Ex Ordo before the conference.
Posters cannot be displayed throughout the conference, but only on designated days.

Due to the high number of posters and the limited space at the upper floor in Foyer OG, posters are assigned for display either for the Tuesday (SESSION 05) OR Wednesday (SESSION 10) poster session, 16:00-18:00.

Posters for Tuesday afternoon should be installed before Tuesday at noon (area probably not accessible on Monday) and must be removed after the poster session at the same day.
Equally, posters for Wednesday afternoon should be installed at Wednesday morning before noon. Posters that remain installed after the poster session will be removed and discarded.

Posters are displayed according to the following rule:

ODD ID number of your submitted abstract Tuesday (SESSION 05)
EVEN ID number of your submitted abstract Wednesday (SESSION 10).
