We have recently received several reports of fraudulent emails being sent to MNE 2026 speakers, authors, exhibitors and delegates. These messages are NOT associated with MNE 2026, the Swiss MNT Network, FSRM, Ex Ordo or the Kursaal Congress Centre.

Please be especially cautious of the two scams currently circulating:

🏨 Fake Hotel Reservation Offers

We have been informed that some MNE 2026 speakers and delegates have received unsolicited accommodation offers from Global Travel Team / GTravelHost.

Known sender:
ops@gtravelhost.com

These messages are not authorised by the MNE 2026 organisers. We have not appointed any third party to contact participants regarding hotel reservations.

📋 Fake Attendee / Visitor List Sales

We are now also seeing fraudulent emails offering to sell the MNE 2026 Visitor List, Attendee List or similar contact databases.

These offers are fraudulent. MNE 2026 / the FSRM / Swiss MNT Network does not sell, rent or distribute participant lists to third parties.

Examples of sender addresses reported to us include:

  • alice.brown@eventslistpro.com
  • aiden.liam@listyouneed.com
  • henry.johnson.leadsource@gmail.com

These emails falsely claim to offer attendee or visitor databases containing participant contact information. Please ignore these messages and do not respond.

🔒 Protect Yourself
