Registration Confirmation
You will receive an automatic email confirmation immediately following a successful registration. All participants, including delegates, exhibitors and speakers must register via the Ex Ordo system. No other method, such as email, is possible.
Registration fees
The registration fee includes the materials and services as listed on the MNE 2026 registration information page. Please note that your registration is not final until any outstanding balance is paid in full.
Conference Office / Registration & Accounting
The MNE 2026 Conference Office (FSRM) will handle registration and accounting operations for the conference on behalf of the organising entity Swiss MNT Network. Questions or concerns may be addressed to the Conference Office via the contact details provided on the MNE 2026 website and in your registration confirmation emails.
VAT
All fees are including 8.1% Swiss obligatory VAT. Due to limitations within the Ex Ordo system a breakdown of the VAT amount is not able to be shown. However, if delegates need a receipt or invoice which explicitly details the VAT amount, one can be provided on demand by contacting: office@mne2026.ch
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us of your cancellation in writing (email is accepted). Here are the conditions:
- Cancellation before and including August 31, 2026 → registration fee will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation between September 1 – 13, 2026 → registration fee will be refunded -50% administration charge.
- Cancellation after September 13, 2026 & no-shows → no refund.
👉🏻 You may propose a replacement participant with no penalty.
Jurisdiction
In the unlikely event of legal litigation, the place of arbitration shall be Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be French.
