MNE 2026 Exhibition – at the heart of the conference
An important feature of MNE 2025 will be the exhibition of related equipment, products, software and services, which will be held in parallel to the conference. Exhibitors and sponsors will have the opportunity to:
- present company and products to students and professionals from research and industry from all around the world,
- increase their visibility and recognition in the MNE community.
The conference program and layout have been structured to maximize the opportunity for participants to visit the technical exhibition during coffee breaks and poster sessions and networking gatherings. We recommend you to join our exhibition and sponsoring program since we expect a strong international attendance this year, due to the very attractive location and the 52nd edition. The last time MNE was hosted in Switzerland the conference attracted almost 900 participants (Lausanne 2014).
A limited number of booths are available, therefore companies are encouraged to register as soon as possible to reserve a placement. Full details can be found below.

At the center of the MNE 2026 experience is the central Kursaal Concert Hall, which will serve as the main exhibition and networking area of the conference. Ideally situated within the Kursaal complex, the Concert Hall provides a natural gathering point for participants between scientific sessions, combining historic charm with a bright and spacious setting that encourages exchange and interactions. Over 1200m2 are available in the main hall, with ample extra space in adjacent halls, if necessary.
The exhibition’s central location ensures easy access from all conference areas and it offers an elegant and functional environment for exhibitors, social networking and main catering services for coffee breaks and lunches — the true hub of activity where delegates and exhibitors come together at the centre of the conference.
A centrepiece to the Exhibition Hall is an elevated and visible stage which will be used for featuring exhibitor and sponsor pitches and presentations.
