FEES
Please note these important points:
- All participants, including and speakers and exhibitors, will have to register for the conference.
- All fees stated are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment must also be made in Swiss Francs (no exceptions).
- VAT 8.1 % is included in below rates.
- See footnotes below the fee table for details of each entry.
- All fees are due before arriving on site. No payment processing will be available at the registration desk.
- Other details pertaining to cancellations and other general conditions will be published when registration opens.
- Participants wishing to attend only SNC or ENL tracks should choose a 1-day pass, which also allows access to other tracks.

1. Full conference entry, including access to all technical sessions, exhibition, proceedings, social events and GALA dinner. Students must show valid student ID when registering and at registration desk when checking in. Eligible students are PhD or Masters level students. Post-Docs are not considered students and should pay the REGULAR FEE.
2. Tutorials (short courses) include full day access with coffee breaks and a light lunch (lunch box or similar). Space is limited.
3. Full day pass is a full regular entry for one day, to technical sessions and exhibition and includes coffee breaks, lunch and conference proceedings. GALA Wednesday evening is not included.
4. Full conference entry, including access to all technical sessions, exhibition, social events and GALA dinner. Reduced rate only for exhibitors and sponsors. A voucher code will be required to obtain this rate.
5. Accompanying person for social events includes: receptions on Monday and Tuesday evening and the GALA dinner on Wednesday evening. No daytime access to technical sessions, lunches and coffee breaks.
6. Extra GALA dinner ticket only valid for Wednesday evening.
