Exhibitors: Do not register yet. You will receive specific instructions and entry code with an Exhibitor’s Kit in the week of May 26-29.

Please note these important points before continuing to the registration system via the link at the bottom of this page:

    • All participants, including and speakers and exhibitors, will have to register for the conference.
    • All fees stated are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment must also be made in Swiss Francs (no exceptions). 
    • VAT 8.1 % is included in below rates.
    • See footnotes below the fee table for details of each entry.
    • All fees are due before arriving on site. No payment processing will be available at the registration desk. 
    • Participants wishing to attend only SNC or ENL tracks should choose a 1-day pass, which also allows access to other tracks.
    • Accompanying Persons / Guests options are “add-on” options to a delegate’s registration (i.e. they must be purchased by MNE 2026 delegates)

1.  Full conference entry, including access to all technical sessions, exhibition, proceedings, social events and GALA dinner. Students must show valid student ID when registering and at registration desk when checking in. Eligible students are PhD or Masters level students. Post-Docs are not considered students and should pay the STANDARD FEE.

2. Tutorials (short courses) include full day access with coffee breaks and a light lunch (lunch box or similar). Space is limited.

3. Full day pass is a full regular entry for one day, to technical sessions and exhibition and includes coffee breaks, lunch and conference proceedings. GALA Wednesday evening is not included with a 1-day pass.

4. Full conference entry, including access to all technical sessions, exhibition, social events and GALA dinner. Reduced rate only for exhibitors and sponsors. A voucher code will be required to obtain this rate.

5. Accompanying person for social events includes: receptions on Monday and Tuesday evening and the GALA dinner on Wednesday evening. No daytime access to technical sessions, lunches and coffee breaks. 

6. Extra GALA dinner ticket only valid for Wednesday evening.

Payments

The Ex Ordo registration system will use the secure and trusted Stripe credit card processor for transactions. No personal financial data is viewed or stored by the conference management system.

Please note that the MNE 2026 conference office cannot provide support for 2-factor authorisations (2FA) that is imposed by the card issuer. 

Registration System

All participants must register for the conference via the Ex Ordo system. This includes all delegates, speakers, exhibitors and guests.

Exhibitors will receive specific instructions in the Exhibitor’s Kit in the week of May 26-18.

If you do not already have one, you will be asked to create an Ex Ordo account in the first step of registration.
